  • 2 large eggs
  • 300 ml milk
  • 20 g sugar adjust to taste

Instructions
 

  • Whisk it Up! – In a bowl, whisk eggs and sugar until fully dissolved.
  • Mix in the Milk – Gently combine to keep it smooth.
  • Pour into Ramekins – Divide into 3 (4 oz) ramekins.
  • Seal and Steam – Cover ramekins with foil to avoid water droplets.
  • Steam Gently – Over boiling water, steam for 12–15 mins.
  • Cool and Serve – Serve warm or chilled.
